I was defragging my VPC hard drive this morning.  After the defrag I
looked at the report of files not defragged.  According to the report my
vhd file for one of my VMs is in 18,466 fragments.  That can't be good.
 What should I do?

If I install a windows 2003 server on a virtual client of a windows 2000 PC.
Will the virtual windows 2003 server inherint windows 2000's limitation of

I have an Intel Pro/1000 NIC in my PC.  When a VPC loads, it shows the NIC as
an Intel 21140 Based PCI Fast Ethernet Adapter.  Everything works and I can
use both the physical PC and the Virtual PC to do whatever I want to do on
