I've got Linux running on a virtual machine in MS VirtualPC.  I'm thinking
about using Samba in Linux to exchange files back and forth between Linux
and XP Pro.  Anyone have any experience in this and/or know of a site that
would give me the information I need to get it set up?

I'm trying to get OS/2 v.3 installed on VPC 2004.  
I boot from the first floppy and it reads a while and then sits there.
Nothing more happens.  In the window is displayed   ____OS2, with the
cursor moved to the next line.    The installation doesn't prompt for

There is a release of MacOSX for x86 platform as an ISO image. I downloaded
it and created a bootable CD. Now I'm trying to install it in VPC. Did
someone tried the same? What is the result?

Running VPC on Windows XP.
Is it possible to effectively 'slow down' the CPU for a guest OS?
The scenario is that I need to test software against a minimum spec
(e.g. PII 400MHz) and don't have a physical machine of that age.
