Just bought a powerbook(Mac OS X), I can connect to AOL on the Mac...after I
loaded Virtual PC version 7, I made sure that shared network was enabled and
loaded AOL software on the Virtual PC but it will not connect. Does DHCP need

Hey, is there an Easy way to find out which VM Additions are installed on a
given Virtual Machine. That is – do they come from either VPC 2004 , VPC 2004
SP1 or Virtual Server ?
I guess one way is to use System Information Utility  - and compare driver

I'm using W98 as guest os with the VM additions installed, but the driver is
recognizing only 4MB of video RAM instead of 8. Any idea?

I have a number of hard disk images created under Connectix Virtual PC for
Mac versions 3, 4, and 5 on Mac OS 9.x.
I wish to transfer them to use under VPC 2004 on XP.  Moving the image files
is not the problem, and has been accomplished, but VPC 2004 does not

I am trying to test a vb.net app in VirtualPC 2004 on a Win98 install.  The
app runs but I get "Generic GDI+" errors on any form with a groupbox.
If I disable the video card hardware acceleration in the Virtual PC OS then
it seems fine.

Connectix versions of Virtual PC run fine on my WinXP
system for quite some time.
Also the Evaluation Version of Virtual PC 2004 installs
without problems.

my virtual machines, when started for the first time since host system
reboot, close unexpectedly together with VPC Console (only icon near the
clock still shines :-) but dissappears when ran accros, certainly).
This happens with no sign of activity in guests - IP statically ...
