Is this possible?

During installation of Windows XP Professional I get the following error:
Error:
INstallation Failed: D:\I386\asms. Error Message : The request could not be
performed because of an I/O device error.

I have installed WinSBS2003 as a Virtual machine along with several virutal
client WinXP machines. Is there any way to connect this virtual network to my
real network so that I have internet access on Virutal machines, and the
ability to apply updates?

Can someone tell me what the emulated hardware specs are for VPC:
Sound:
Video:
NIC:

It's not a big deal, but I had a typo when I named one of my VPC's... it
doesn't affect anything, but bugs me. There doesn't seem to be any options
for renaming servers... is it doable?

I have a question.  I am setting up a test lab at work with at least 5
computers and 3 VPC's on each.  They all work great.  I am having a problem
when I want to copy the virtual pc.  For example i need to servers i would

I have tried many times now to create a DSN in a Virtual PC (2004) Session.
The system is set up as follows:
The PC is running Windows 2003 Server Std Edition (english).
The Virtual PC is running Windows XP (swedish).

I have dos 6.22 installed as the guest operating system on a windows 2000
box.  Installed on the guest dos system is a dos based driver for a Keithley
CTM-05 counter-timer board.  The ctm-05 board is installed in an ISA slot on
the host computer.  So far the driver is not finding ...

Is there a way to create more than one VPC console on a machine .
