I have seen screenshots of VirtualPC running Norton Ghost, and made the purchase of both almost solely on the premise of being able to have the two together. This would be a GREAT help to me in working with server migrations, etc.

Sounds like an inherent problem with Linux under VPC however I'll post this anyway. From what I've read elsewhere sounds like 'adjtimex' probably won't help as there is variable latency in the clock interrupt delivery from VPC to the Linux host.

I'm trying to get VPC2004 deployed to about 300 computers using unattended installations and I cannot for the life of me get it to work correctly. I've followed the instructions on the appdeploy website, and the deployment whitepaper here on microsoft's web site to no avail.

Drag & drop doesn't work, and well may be right ... but why setting the NIC as shared or also setting the vpc to use the main NIC on the pc with different address in the same segment network doesn't let me to show pc on

Im trying to install Suse 9.1 personal on brand new Toshiba A60-sp176. The installation process just hangs the virtual pc. I try disabling network, floppy and make vpc task affinity to one CPU. Has someone succesfully installed this on this hw?

I tried for a week to get it working with VMWare and it was a total nightmare. So I'm giving it a shot with VPC. So far so good, but I'm skeptical. I have not seen anyone mention this release of Redhat and I'm wondering why.
