Anyone knows how to connect to an FTP server from a Virtual PC, i need to be
able to connect and send files from the virtual PC to the FTP. or at least,
i would like to be able to simulate the process of connecting to an FTP
server and send files to it .

could someone explain to me this setting (shared networking(NAT))? When this
is in effect for a vpc, is it suppose to be visible to the network that my
host pc is connected to at work?

What do you do if you have a SCSI adapter in your system and you want the
virtual server to use it? Can you manually install that SCSI adapter on the
virtual machine? By default it doesn't see it in device manager. I do realize
that the BIOS loading on the virtual machine is not ...

with "use pointer integration" selected.  Is there a point in VM Additions

hello, ive had the same problem twice when trying to install either fedora or
mandrake on MS VPC 2004.  when the installation starts i get the following
error code

I know MS Virtual PC does not work very well with pcmcia cards. I do,
however, need a virtual pc to access a smart card through a pcmcia-smart
card reader. Is there a way to do this?

I received this error while installing VPC 7.0.1  (041022) onto a new G5
tower running a test of 10.4. The error  said to contact Microsoft which I am

If the relative path to the .VHD file exists in the .VMC file does VPC
ignore the absolute path?  That is, does is just use the absolute path as a
