I have a 45-day trial version and have three VPC's set up.  How can I upgrade
to a full version (I know I have to pay $125) without losing the VPC's I
already have set up?  Is there just a code I have to enter or what?

I have a host machine running WinXP and VPC2004+SP1, Win2000 be the guest os.
I just want to access real network from the guest os; is it possible to do
so by only assigning the virtual adpter to "Shared networking(NAT)"? Or I
must assign it to the real NIC in my host machine? ...

How can I access the network?
Virtual PC cannot open the virtual network adapter.  Access to the host
and external network is not available in all the virtual machines that
use virtual networking. In order to solve this problem, I want to fix
