Anybody else have this happen? Is there a more graceful solution than mine,
which is disabling the device in Device Manager?

In the guest OS, the mouse cursor turns white (invisible on a white
background) in certain windows.  This does not occur until I switch from
full-screen to window mode, but it would persist even after I switch back to
full-screen.
