If i purchase VPC for say 5 pc's and plan to have them share a windows 95 .vhd file which i will build and then store the master copy on a server share. Do i require 5 windows 95 licenses so that i can allow 5 VPC to download and use the .vhd file?

Does copying a .vmc and adding it as an existing virtual machine automatically link the virtual hard drive to virtual machine hd that it was created from? I looked in the help but it doesn't specify. If anyone can answer this I would appreciate it.
