Host OS is WindowsXP SP2, the two guest OS are both windows XP SP2.
The problem is when the network of one guest OS is working fine, the another
guest's network never works.

Currently I am running the Promqry tool and it's stating that the pc I have
the virtual machine on has promiscuous mode enabled.  Not the instance
itself, just the adapter.  I was wondering if Virtual PC enabled it?  Even if
it did not, any suggestion on how to disable that?  ...

The installation went fine (well, it took forever, but), however, I cannot
get sound out of this bugger.  When I go into HardDrak I cannot somehow get
the system to recognize, or install a sound card.  Any suggestions greatly
appreciated.
