I have boot CD with WinNT
I set in VPC BIOS - boot from CD
It doesn't recognize CD ROM driver, so I'm not able to install WinNT
on VPC

I need access virtual pc component in my webservice. When I access the
component in my desktop app, I need call CoInitializeSecurity before I do
anthing else. And that works fine for me. But now I need access the
component in my asmx file, I could not figure out where should I call ...

I have a Cisco VPN client on my Host machine.  Wondering what I need to do to
get the Guest machine  to connect through  the VPN tunnel on the Host system
(If this is even possible?)  Would simplify life by far if I can....

In Task Manager, I can see the VPC Console but not the individual VPC processes.  Most likely because they're set to 'hide from task manager'.
How can either set the default to see all the processes, or to change the hidden attribute after one is running?

fix boot failures.
But it's not the solution for my problem, I don't HAVE the original box, so
is there not some other way to do it.

I have come across a problem using Shared Networking with VPC 2004 SP1 and
Windows XP SP2.
Before I installed WinXP SP2 on the host I was using several guest OS's over
Shared Networking (to work with my VPN) with no issues.

My host OS is Windows XP and have Virtual PC running windows 2000. If I map a

I have a VM with Windows 2003 server. The VM has worked for quite a while

just wondering if anyone has worked out a way to take a snapshot of a
virtual pc without copying the vhd file. One would assume this is what the
saved state is designed to do. IE i want to be able to install a patch then

Just getting started here on this as I think it is a wonderful program -
will the virtual disks (OS's) created in the Trial version work fine with
the retail version should I decide to buy?
