Hello there, at the school I work at we're trying to make sure that no
changes get applied to the hard drive when the session ends in VPC2004.
We have found the option to create an 'undo' file but the user still gets
the option to save changes back to the HD image or undo changes, ...

I had 2 guest os on my vp and i could ping one from the other, my computer is
not connected to any network.i used local on the network cards of the guest
machines.

I have made an image of a 2003 Server (IBM) using ghost.  I can create a new
Virtual PC and boot it with a ghost boot CD which connects to my share and
downloads the image and completes with no errors.   However when I restart

When I was on dial-up I would dial-up to my ISP from a guest OS in VPC and
the host OS would remain off line.  I was hoping I could achieve the same
with my cable connection (my PC is now hooked up to a broadband router).  I

What and where do you get v5.2 of VPC from? I see a lot about that version on
Microsoft's website but you can't seem to purchase it anywhere. Also, has

I know officinal Microsoft doesn't support usb device in virtual pc. But my
guest os is windows 2000 pro. Can it work with a usb palm device? Does

When I copy files from guest to host the date  and time for last change of
the files changes to "copying date and time"! (Not that problem for the
opposite direction.)

systems that will run under VPC. I have tried msdos 4.01 and pc-dos 4.0. Both
