I am installing Windows XP in Virtual PC 2004 with an allocated amount of
185Mbs of RAM out of 512, but I notice when I switch Windows to do a
separate task, XP does not move until I switch back to Virtual PC window.
For instance, its is now at Finalizing installation - 9 minutes ...

We use a lot of VPC's for development and often copy down the same template
to create a client specific VPC.
We have recently noticed that the copied ones all share the same IP address
even though the lease has been expiring and renewed.

This installation was the toughest ever!  I had to download patches from
Fedora and jump through hoops but it is running now.
The problem I am having over the past 2 days is that during boot the Fedora
keeps losing the hda interrupt.  hda is the first hard disk to any non Linux

I have a laptop running XP Proessional. I want to create a VPC of this
machines image. Then I will have that machine inside my new machine and I can
format and reinstall the old machine.

I added a sound card to a machine that has virtual machines configured. When
I booted the machine, the real PC saw that there was new hardware and I
loaded the driver as you would expect. However, when I start up a virtual PCs
on the machine, it does not recognize the card.

I would like to create VPC's that are part of our standard network domain.
In order to to this, the policy is that each workstation in the domain must
be assigned a unique address by desktop support (we do not support DHCP on
the internal network). Is this possible with VPC?

First page is printed fine, but then printing a document of more than 1
