I have Virtual PC 2004 with Virtual machine updates installed. The OS is WIn XP sP2 fully patched. The Host OS is Win XP sp2 fully attched. If Install Virtual PC 2004 SP1 will current Virtual machine no longer be compatabile.

I'm getting the following message on the network status icon in the virtual PC "Limited or no connectivity" on all three virtual PCs I've set up. The icon has an exclamation mark. When attempting to repair it fails with the following error message:

Is VPC compatible with a centrino processor? I am using the trial version to run Win2K on a WinXP machine and the Virtual W2K keeps freezing for 5-10 seconds (mouse stops). Should I use the "VPC additions"? Is it part of the trial package?

I would like to create servers in three different domains and subnets for training purposes. I talked to a guy at the Microsoft summit, and he said to use a 2003 server with RRAS configured in order to route between the subnets. Anyone know how to do this?

I am using virtual PC 2004 with Windos XP (fully patched SP2) as the OS. The Host sysytem is also Win XP (SP2 fully patched). The Virtual PC seems very slow, I have allocated 768 MB of RAM (the host has 1.2G of Ram).

I'm working on a host system that has Windows 2000 SP4 Installed with Microsoft Virtual PC 2004 SP1. I've created a Windows XPSP1 guest system. I've tried different methods to copy data from the host to the guest system via shared folders created in the virtual machine.

I've tried to install Debian 3.0 in VPC, but the installation never finishes formatting the linux partition. In particular, while creating the inodes table. I've tried with a fixed-size VHD and it did not work.

Hey Guys It doesn't happen all the time however sometimes when i Save state on a guest image my whole system reboots, doesn't happen always but once in a While...Anyone ever seen this problem before.
