I have created a VHD, attached it to a VPC, formatted it and put data on it.  
I thought I read somewhere that I can use that same VHD on more than one VPC,
but just not at the same time.  But when I attach the VHD to another VPC, it

Just wonder if this problem has been addressed to and solved?
VPC 2004 had done this 3 times to me. It wasted me at least 2 months of

I have setup my test lab and have installed a server 2003 DC and some win xp
Pc’s.
I have used GPMC before and found it intuitive; this comes as download as it
was not available when server 2003 was released.

Attempting to laod Team System, I found that the VPC load ISO funcationality
only allows load of a CD-ROM, not a DVD-ROM.

I have run into a frustrating problem when running multiple VMs . . .
It seems that once I hit 2GB of RAM used, virtual PC and all the VMs freeze.
The host has 4gb RAM, 2.8GHz P4.  All the VMs are W2K with SP4.  Network is

You will have to forgive me but I am having one of those days.  I followed
the steps to getting VPC to work with a ghost boot disk but it seems that the
only drivers I can find for the 21140 is the MAC.  Huh?  I get a fatal: MAC
driver entry does not exist in protocol.ini

I'd like to know how to change the boot order in VPC dynamically.  I mean...
where's the setting to do this without going through bios setting page.  I
first want to boot to the image then at the end, change the boot order to
cd/dvd.  Where is the boot order saved?  I don't see ...

I'm trying to get an application to recognise a handheld GPS; the handheld
thinks its connected, the MAC thinks it is (Windows Hardware Properties) -

I am a system engineer that run virtual pc 2004/2005.  I have taken a look at
a number of tablets and can't find any with a 2GHz processor.  Currently, I
