To create the OS on a virtual disk, can i use a regular iso image of a
regular windows os disk?  (does it have to a bootable image?)
If so, are there any out on web?

I have installed Virtual PC first time and I have observed that I am not able
to scroll my mouse in and out from virtual pc. Actually there was an option
while installing Virtual PC about the mouse but I just ognored and proceed
quickly. Now every time I have tp ress ALT + CTRL + ...
