I downloaded the latest release of the Knoppix Linux distribution, and tried to run it under Microsoft Virtual PC. Unfortunately, no luck yet. Somewhere in the boot process, Knoppix hangs while showing this message: Network device eth0 detected, DHCP broadcasting for IP.

I am unable to run the installation of the SCO openserver 5.0.7 software on a VPC 2004 SP1. I have checked the vpc.visualwin.com site and it should work but all I get is the SCO boot prompt and after that all I see is the cursor flying across

I'm running the trial version of Virtual PC. My goal is to run some old DOS software. When I start up Virtual PC's MSDOS window, I don't even get a command prompt. Do I actually have to load up DOS into this Virtual PC?

I've installed windows sb server 2003 as a virtual machine, but I can't get it to run. Each time I hit the ctrl-alt-del sequence to login, the host task manager takes over. Is there a way to 'capture' the keyboard for this sequence? Thanks!!!

I have an annoying issue where my guests will become unresponsive to keyboard input. This will happen to all running guests at the same time. I have never seen it where one guest is accepting input and another is not.
