When I go to Edit/Settings for the virtual machine, under Display, all
the choices are grayed out.  There's a message that says "virtual
machine window resizing options take effect only after Virtual Machine
Additions is installed".

I'm trying to create a ghost boot disk to restore an NT4 server image on to

The fullscreen mode of VPC is always on. I can change it in the prefs.  when
i create a clone of a virtaul machine it keeps the fullscreen mode. how can I

I have MS-DOS 6.22 + Windows for Workgroups 3.11 in a VM, used to mantain
old applications.
Suddenly, I am randomly getting this error in MS-DOS:
"Internal stack overflow

When I set up my first virtual machine, I gave it a better location.  It's
not a document, so I didn't want it in My Documents.  Mainly, though, I
wanted the file on the D drive.
I called the VM "Test Virtual Machine".  So I navigtated to D:\Virtual

I have a drive I converted to fixed for performance, 16GB.  Now I have run
out of room.  I converted back to dynamic and compacted the drive.  It will
not grow and conitues to error on space.  I have over 20GB available on the
host hard drive..

system is Windows XP Professional running a notebook computer.  The notebook

When running Tablet PC 2004 (SP2) on Virtual PC 2004 I noticed that I have
hibernation option available within the guest OS as long as I'm not
installing the Virtual Machine Additions.
In this case the hibernation of the guest os works.

any network adapters. identification of memory cpu and physical disks is ok
and I have a virtual host running windows I just cannot access external
network resources. Any ideas?

I just purchased a new PC for hosting Virtual PC 2004 sessions.  The PC is a
P4/3Ghz machine with 4GB RAM running XP Pro/SP2.
The new PC runs fine, however I seem to be having intermittent issus when VP
