When I go to Edit/Settings for the virtual machine, under Display, all the choices are grayed out. There's a message that says "virtual machine window resizing options take effect only after Virtual Machine Additions is installed".

I'm trying to create a ghost boot disk to restore an NT4 server image on to a new virtual hard drive. The physical box is an XP machine with an Intel pro 100 card. I've check the other virtual instances & they show the NIC as an Intel 21140. I've tried

The fullscreen mode of VPC is always on. I can change it in the prefs. when i create a clone of a virtaul machine it keeps the fullscreen mode. how can I turn it off?

I have a drive I converted to fixed for performance, 16GB. Now I have run out of room. I converted back to dynamic and compacted the drive. It will not grow and conitues to error on space. I have over 20GB available on the host hard drive..

When running Tablet PC 2004 (SP2) on Virtual PC 2004 I noticed that I have hibernation option available within the guest OS as long as I'm not installing the Virtual Machine Additions. In this case the hibernation of the guest os works.
