I am having problems getting the XP Pro guest OS to connect to the Internet
and I was hoping someone could advise what the problem might be. Setup is

Host machine: Dell P4, XP Pro SP2, MS VPC version 5.3.582.27

I'm trying to connect to the internet using vpc server 2003 on my xp client
machine, I have enabled NAT sharing on my network card.  when i run an ip
config from inside the vpc session I get the following results which are set
to obtain automatically.

Iam using XP SP2, and get the following message during VirtualPC 2004 Install.
" The wizard was interrupted before Microsoft Virtual PC 2004 could be
completely installed."
Any pointers on how to get past this would be greatly appreciated.

i've a network adapter(realtek RTL8139) plugged in to my physical pc but my
pc is not connected to any physical network yet. i don't want to use this NIC
from my host(winxp) but i want to use it directly from my guest(redhat9).

After installing the sp for server i have now lost my internet connection but
