I've been running vpc with 2003 server for a month now and all of a sudden it shuts down a couple times a day. Anybody seen anything like this before?

if installed on a 64 bit capable machine, on top of a 32 bit OS, can the VPC make use of 64 bit OS? i.e. CPU= XEON 3.2 with em64t Windows XP pro sp 2 (main OS)
