I installed the Virtual PC in my notebook running Windows XPPRO SP2. After I installed the VPC I lost all the bindings between the host TCP/IP and the network adapters. Does someone had same kind of problem?

I am giving demos using Virtual PC 2004 SP1 and when I type, sometimes keystrokes repeat several times. The VPC I am using was created in Virtual PC 2004 SP1 as well, and it has Virtual Machine additions installed from VCP 2004 SP1.

I use a Windows 2003 Server with a SQL 2000 Server on it. Now I tried to copy a 6 GB Database to this Virtual Server. The file has been copied with no error but the file is corrupt. When I use a file of 3.9GB it works.

I read that VMWare allows user to "backup" a VM so that they can simply go back to it if it becomes damaged/corrupted as part of testing etc. Virtual PC seesm to not have this, is one expected to copy the VM folder, which might do the same thing?
