Does anyone know it if is possible to run Virtual PC 5.3 or Virtual PC 2004
on Microsoft Windows Media Center Edition 2005?  
If so is there any limitations? or problems/issues?

Here is my situation:
I installed a WinXP SP2 on mi VPC.
I copied that VPC on a other PC, but now they have the same Mac address.
When they running at the same time, they get the same IP adress from my DHCP
