I am absolutely new to Virtual PC. I have just installed V PC 2004 and now I
am about to install Win 98 on the newly created Virtual Hard disc.
The problem is that I have it available via Network, but not on CD or Disc.
Could you let me know if it is possible to set up (any) OS ...

I pressed {Left Alt} + {Enter} while in a Command window in order to go full
screen text mode while in a guest.
In Windows 98, another {Left Alt} + {Enter} should return to window mode.

Hi, I need to run DOS 6.22 on a XP Home PC, I have managed to get a copy of

With VPC 2004, is there a maximum size that can be set for a fixed VHD?
It seems like 16GB, but if I have space on the physical drive, can I
create, say, a 32GB VHD?  I want to create a large VHD so I can use it
just to store backup images.

Running Win XP Pro in a VPC image is WAY SLOWER than Win2000.
Any ideas on how to fix?

I'm trying to create a vhd linked to a hard disk. But when i get to the screen
listing available physical disks the list is empty.
The sistem has an internal HDD and an USB external HDD attached.
I've tried to reinstall VPC (with SP1), but that did not help.
