Is it a good practice to update device drivers inside the Guest OS for
emulated devices using drivers from manufacturer's websites?
For example:  the chipset drivers from Intel, the Sound Blaster Driver, NIC

I am a teacher using virtual PC and would like to set up a raid 5 in a
virtual machine, I am aware that you are only allowed 3 virtual disks, and
one being the OS, it makes it a bit difficult, has anyone been able to do
this?

When launching a SQL 2K application in a XP virtual PC  - only get this error
in a Virtual PC session, not when launching same app from regular XP.  Any

I have Virtual PC all setup and it's working perfectly. I'd like use to this
test different antivirus programs, email clients etc. What's the best way to
install stuff use for 15, 30 minutes, then close out of virtual PC returning
it to a state prior to installing all this stuff?

Running VPC on an Athlon64 3200+, 1GB RAM, WinXP Pro SP2.  The virtual
OS is WinXP SP2, and I give it 512MB RAM.
When starting the VPC, and when running live update, the CPU pegs at
100% with ccApp.exe and/or Lucoms~1.exe being the culprits.  It can

I'am trying to use more than one network adapter to OS/2 WARP under VPC 2004,
but only one is working.
The problem sounds like the one for windows NT4 fixed in VPC SP1 (new driver
provided in "NT4 Network Driver.vfd").
