When I was using VMware Workstation, I could use host drives in the guest via
a mapping.  I had to make sure the user name and password were the same on
both systems and I installed IPX to get around a problem I was having with my
ISP's DHCP server.

When I try to create a linked disk, no disk drives show in the Wizard.
I have 3 hard drives.  Two are 300 gig, one is 250 gig.
I have copies of my install CDs and drives on a partition on one of the
drives and want to be able to read it in the guest in order to install the OS.

Has anyone used virtual pc and ran Navision Financials or Navision attain on
the mac?  I'm trying to find out the performance.

I have 1 NIC, set to Shared Networking (NAT).  During the NT install, it

Hi. I am using VPC5 (thru' OS9.2) and Windows XP Home. The host Mac is
connected to the web via the ethernet port, but I can't seem to get Windows
XP (when the Mac is emulating a PC) to connect to the net. Can anyone tell

I have used the Trial version of Virtual PC and I have decided it will suit
our needs.  We have since purchased the Full Version and before I attempt

OK -- I've been struggling with this problem for some time and can't figure
out what's going. After a period of time (sometimes as short as a day,
sometimes as long as weeks or months) an ipconfig/all from the command line
shows no interfaces.
