A previous comment was that if you plan to use the vhd file on a different
computer a new vmc file should be created in that computer.  The reason being
that the settings and configuration for the computer were kept in the vmc

I just got the trial version of VPC last night. My son wanted to see
what Rebel Assault looked like - LOL!  I spent hours trying to get the
sound to work. Turns out, I needed to select DMA channel 5 in the game

I've installed Virtual PC 2004 on my laptop which is running XP Pro.
When I install a Virtual Drive for 98 or 2K Pro It wont see my USB or PCMCIA sockets, If I install 2K Pro on the drive without Virtual PC its fine !!!
