How would I go about to resize the guest Window, Seems like its locked. Do I

i just wanted to know if this is the correct way to do the following.
I have a host under WinXP Pro and a guest under Win2k3 Standard
My host is part of a LAN and get its IP-address from a Firewall/VPN/router
device (in the 10.0.0.x range).

I am trying to use an .iso image to load up an OS on my virtual pc 2004. For
some reason it does not connect to the .iso image. I used Sonic burning
software to create this image.

Problem:  I just got the fastest Athlon dual-core processor (X2 4800).  But
VPC keeps pausing for a second or two very frequently (I'd say every 20-30
seconds).  The mouse is movable (I've got VM additions), but everything else
in the VPC window freezes for one or two seconds.  ...
