I'm trying to install Solaris 9 4/03 on VPC 2004 and not having any
luck.
I boot okay from the Disc 1 ISO image but get hung up on a white

I have a virutal PC of Fedora Core 4 and I'd like to transfer files between
it and my Windows XP host.  Normally, my DCHP server gives both the virutal
pc and my host an IP address and I use FTP to transfer the files.  But when

I have installed Windows 2000 Server and Windows 2000 Professional onto VPC.  
I do not want my Server to be connected to my network incase it damages our
Active Directory.  Is there anyway of networking the Windows 2000 Server
machine and the Windows 2000 Professional machine ...

Would it be possible for me to install Windows x64 Pro, and then use Virtual
PC to emulate, say, a regular XP Pro setup so I can run AOL on it?
I want to upgrade my Athlon 64 computer to use x64, but the only thing

I've googled around the web and newgroups and can't find any references
to a problem I am having.  I discovered it while creating an MS-DOS
machine to play DOOM II on.

I got a weird problem.
Shortly after booting a system I loose IP connectivity between my host
computer and the virtual computer.
However both computers continue to be able to see the network and all other

is so poor. It's using non-PnP monitor on standard 4 bit vga display. any
