Has anyone ever had a consistent "hang" when installing XP pro w/SP2 as a guest OS? I've got a new Dell xps 400 box with 4GB ram. Just paved it to keep the host OS clean.

I am wondering if we shall soon have a Virtual PC for Windows XP Pro X64. I have just loaded a test machine and would like to be able to run Virtual PC. I know the Virtual Server 2005 R2 runs on x64, but frankly I am lazy and like the Virtual PC interface.

I would like to execute a program on the Windows host from a program running in a Virtual guest. I thought about using RSH but the Windows host is either 2000 Professional or XP Professional which (to my knowledge) do not support RSHD.
