I have VPC 2004 SP1 running on a WinXP SP2 host with Windows Server
2003 as the guest OS. Both the guest and host have the latest OS
patches. The host computer is a Dell Latitude D600 with a Pentium M
1300 MHz processor and 1.5 GB RAM. The development environment on the

I have a acces poinht that acts as my router. My two laptops are
connrcted to it as well as the printer.
The subnet is 192.168.1.xxx
On one of the laptops, I have Virtual PC on XP host. In it are running

I would like to know if it is possible to have 3 serial ports on a
virtual machine. I have seen via the config button that there are two
com ports ports and a parallel port but no way of adding another serial.

I am trying to use virtual pc to connect with my network card in machine. I
did set it in Settings but it still says it is a "Intel 2114 ....." card.
Also how do I enable more than one network card as it only give me the
option for on in the setting and the rest are greyed out.

I am having a problem running Virtual Server 2005 on a XP Pro SP 2 box.

OpenServer 5.0.7 which is very recent.
OpenServer is saying that it cannot find any root volume.
