When i run Quickbooks (financial software like MYOB) thru Virtual PC for Mac, the keyboard doesn't work. I just get a beep from Quickbooks as if it doesn't recognise what i typed. I am trying to enter the install code (i just bought it but can't install it).

Is there a way to install/configure a "fake" NIC card on the host machine and then use it as the adapter for the VMs. I have 2 VMs running at the same time. Both are configured to use the host's real NIC and both have OSs configured to use 192.168.x.x

host is winxp pro sp2 and guest is win2k sp4 rollup when I try to add a shared folder pointing to a folder on my host harddisk then virtual pc goes to 50% CPU usage and never comes back

I manage several computer labs with VPC. The host computers have 2 HDs - one for the host, the other for the .vmc & .vhd files. I would like to store multiple virtual machines on the second HD. Within VPC, is there is a way to limit the size of dynamic disks?

I have a PC with windows 2000 pro with 2 serial port. I have installed Virtual PC 2004 with an old application in windows 3.11 that use serial port BUT the application doesn't read anything from the com ports.

I had installed VirtualPC 7 on my computer, but removed it. However, every time the computer starts up, an installer for VPC launches. I can't find anywhere where this installer is called from. How can I removed this?
