I am running W2K in VPC7. I am able to send netmeeting request but unable to receive. do i need to do any settings in firewall? Shared neworking is enabled. I can see different IP address than my Mac's in VPC.

I am noticiing a slight lag idifference than operating in my Host OS. Will this become less noticiable if I add more memory? Is some of this related to video memory limitations of 4MB? I am running the trial version std config 128 MB on XP Pro w/512 MB.

I am considering VPC as a WIP guest environment for projects. Can I keep files and applications open indefinitely and suspend VPC without running into environment corruption issues? XP Pro Resume is nice idea, but loses its environment integrity to be used

I just installed vpc on my xp pro laptop. How do I know if this version of vpc includes sp1? The version reads 5.3.582.27. Do I need to download sp1 . Thanks.

Virtual PC always synchonizes time with time on local computer regardless on Time Zone setting. It looks like a bug. What can I do to stop time synchronization Virtual PC and local computer time? Thank you.

I've just acquired an internal ATAPI 250Mb Iomega Zip drive, which I've installed in my host machine, running WinXP-SP2, all the patches, and the latest version of Virtual PC. The host sees this as a second floppy drive (B:).

just set up a VPC with both host and guest run XP Pro. the vpc seem to running fine other than can't map the share flder/driver from the host OS. in VPC guest XP i can map all the share folder/hard disk through out
