SuSE 10 on VirtualPC31 Jul 2006 23:36 GMT3
I understand that SuSE 10 isn't an officially supported guest OS on VPC, but
has anyone else experienced the phenomenon of the rapidly repeating
keystrokes? By default, the key repeat delay seems to be set almost to
nothing. What is even more annoying is that YaST on SuSE 10.x ...

I have Win95 installed on the V-PC, but can't get it to see the XP host

network settings for the V-PC and even run the nework setup wiz and the new
connection wiz, and still now link between them.

What is difference between dynamic and fixed disks?30 Jul 2006 05:38 GMT7
When creating a hard disk for a VM, you can make it a dynamic disk or
a fixed-size disk.  Dynamic just means that its size can increase (up
to the maximum specified size) but it doesn't occupy all that space:
only the space used gets put into the file which increases its size.

Can a VM load without a display for it?29 Jul 2006 03:58 GMT9
Say I want to have one, or more, VMs running which run, say, Linux
(SuSE, Redhat, Fedora, Ubuntu, etc.).  I don't need a display for
those because I would like to use Cygwin/X.  Because the VMs are
running non-Microsoft operating systems, I can't install the Additions
