I've decided to mess around with Virtual PC, trying to connect on boot up with my Win2k Server to have a mess with deploying OS's over the LAN. On my proper machine I have a 'Boot from LAN' option, but I can't see this option in the BIOS on Virtual PC. Can the BIOS be upgraded?

I've got two CD/DVD drives on my host system. My virtual PC 2004 only sees the first drive. Any chance it could see both? The only idea I thought of to get around it is to share the e: drive on the host, and then have the VPC access the drive via a network mapped drive. Kind ...

Is it remotely possible to run VPC 2004 SP1 under Vista RTM? I've been trying to get VPC2007 beta to work but the Centrino 915 chipset / mouse response issue is killing me.

Trying to install Win95 in a VPC with the host WinXP Pro. I have created the VHD and can get the C: prompt but I cannot get the OS to install. I have tried everything I've found in this newsgroup with no luck. I do not get any error messages.

I'm trying to install VPC on a machine where we are running Vista (final product). I get an incompatible with this O/S error and it stops the installatiion process. Suggestions?

When Virtual PC 2004 goes it goes well, but every few seconds the host computer screens go refresh crazy - desktop icons can refresh several times as can someother windows. During this time the virtual PC goes dead, no cursor or keyboard activity.
