I'm running a 70-271 class and many of my students have laptops that we've
installed the VPC software.  the laptops are XP Pro SP2 wtih 1 gig of ram.  
As we run through the labs the software keeps hanging.  Here is the error
message:

if i open up my vpc, which is a primary domain controller, up to my main
network to receive window updates, wouldn't that add my vpc to the list of

Hi. I have an old scanner with a Windows 95 driver that I cannot use because
there is no driver for Win XP.
Can I install Win 95 on my VM and load the scanner driver so I can still use

I've experimented in created a virtual floppy drive, mounting it from a WinXP
VM, and formatting it as a "boot floppy".
I can then create a new VM with a blank VHD, and boot off the WinXP boot
floppy, and get to an A: prompt, and see the contents of the virtual A: drive.
