I'm thinking about using VPC on our training PCs to get some stabilisation

When I try and turn off the guest OS, the system hangs when it shutting

When I place Windows Media operating system to begin the install, I get a
error message "Unable to find hard drives on the computer".  Does Virtual PC

I tried installing Win98 (original) in VPC04, and everything seemed to go OK
until the final restart of the Win98 OS, at which point it asked me for the
install CD again, and said it couldn't find a bunch of files (drivers, maybe
other files).

the host OS or vice-versa. Configuration is as follows:
