I would  like to format and install windows 98 on  the virtual Hard disk.
Could someone  guide  me  to  the correct instruction and documentation
on how this  can be achieved.. ?

I am trying to install CP/M-86 under VPC 2007.  According the list
(http://vpc.visualwin.com/), it should work.  However, whenever I boot up, it
