I know this question has been asked 50 times... but any of the other posts doesn't explain a solution other than a) you don't have enough RAM (take the error message literally) b) you have InCD installed and this causes issues.

I am trying to run XP in Virtual PC on a Vista PC. From the XP I cannot see any other network items or computers. From the Vista host I can map a drive to the XP, but not the otherway round. I cannot map from XP to any shared folder on any PC.

Is there any way of assigning more memory to the guest than the physical memory of the host?... maybe some trick ussing vitual memory... I need to simulate VM with 1.4Gb minimum... (software requierement) but I have only 1gb in the host... The software actually need to run Vista ...
