I would like to hear something about SQL Server 2005 over Virtual Server in
a production environment. I know and I have good experience in test and
development environments.
Any information or link will be appreciate.

I know this question has been asked 50 times... but any of the other
posts doesn't explain a solution other than a) you don't have enough
RAM (take the error message literally) b) you have InCD installed and
this causes issues.

I am trying to run XP in Virtual PC on a Vista PC.
From the XP I cannot see any other network items or computers.  From the
Vista host I can map a drive to the XP, but not the otherway round.  I cannot
map from XP to any shared folder on any PC.

OK, I give up. How does one delete a virtual hard disk? The help for
deleting a virtual machine states "this only removes it from the VPC
console, i does not remove the .vmc or .vhd files." I want to start over

I just installed MS Virtual PC on a windows 2003 server. I only have
one Virtual PC and it's another windows 2003 instance.
The install went well. Last night I was running windows update. This

Is there any way of assigning more memory to the guest than the physical
memory of the host?... maybe some trick ussing vitual memory...   I need to
simulate VM with 1.4Gb minimum... (software requierement) but I have only
1gb in the host... The software actually need to run Vista ...

I've spent all morning trying to create a Win98SE virtual machine using
Virtual PC 2007 on my system running Vista Ultimate. I've previously had
no difficulty creating a WinXP Pro virtual machine from scratch.
