I have an XP VM under MS virtual pc 2007 as well as a Win98 SE VM.  Whenever
i open the Virtual PC console the XP VM automatically starts to boot.

I used the New>Add an Existing Virtual Machine option.  It was for Server

It seems to be slower than nessasary. It's so slow, sometimes I press a
button in an app and it takes at least a minute to register that i pressed
the button. wiindows 98 is "Slow to react". Any ideas why it's so slow?
