I have A8V Asus, AMD 64 3500, Gforce Fx 5700ve with 256mb, and 2gig of ram.
With the XPP 32 I installed first while waiting for the Evualation ver of 64
I partitioned  for 2 large 86 gig and a for XPP32 and a 128 gig for the

I have a piece of software I am testing for a friend.  It requires DirectX
and Media Player in order to run.
I attempted to install both on my x64 Pro XP (dual boot Pavilion zv6000
laptop).

My first install of WinXP 64 I did the updates to security suggested by the
program. Prior to do that I could access the web via the 32 browser and use
Outlook 2003. After installing the updates, I was totally blocked and 1 day

    Can anybody tell me if the license for the 32bit copy of windows is switched
when you go through with the order on the advancement program or whether it
is when you install the x64 copy of windows. Thanks

For those of you who like Norton, they have released the beta of 2006.  No
indication of whether it has x64 support.  Good luck, and you'll need even
better luck if it doesn't work and you have to uninstall it.

Wanted to know what people know about future anti virus support for x64 ? I
have recently got a new PC with x64 on and knew about the driver issues but
was not expecting virtually zero support from mainstream antivirus writers.

I can't even get x64 to install as it keeps hanging in the first part of the
installation process.I've tried unplugging usb devices,updating Bios,running
the new x64 Nvidia 6.66 drivers,sound card,removing a stick of RAM,using

We purchased a new computer with windows xp pro x64 and printer drivers are
few. We have a DesignJet 500 42" plotter. If anyone knows if there is a
driver or an alternate compatible driver that you have gotten to work, this
