code base rather than XP+SP2, thus there is no service pack (yet) for XP x64
called "SP2"...or SP1 for that matter, as it's built-in...
But is there a service pack for the 64-bit version of 2003 itself?  Or ...

Looks like there is no reason now for me NOT to switch to XP x64 for my main computer now30 Nov 2005 11:46 GMT15
The final 3 obstacles have been overcome.
1. Sound drivers for my X-Fi card
2. Drivers for my WebCam
3. Drivers for my Printer
Why I've switched to x6430 Nov 2005 08:28 GMT1
After booting up in XP SP2 and clicking on my D Drive or my attached
firewire drive, they would take like 12 seconds to open up.
Now in x64 on the same computer, when I boot and click on those drives,
they open up instantly. (It's the only factor that made me switch).
