My mp3 supports WAV etc etc but will only play MP3 ,is there some free
software that would allow me to change WAV to MP3
dont understand bit rate, would this prevent me playing WAV files it I dont

Hi I have the following problem, System Restore and Defrag have
disappeared from the System Tools menu which is a sub menu of
Accessories. I know the system restore is running and monitoring my C
drive but I am not able to run the program form the menu and defrag is

Using XP Pro and a LG Flatron M1717A, I've just found almost all programs and
applications will only appear in the left half of the monitor.  I cannot drag

I just got the following response from ATI regarding WindowsXP x64 support
for their All-in-Wonder products:
"No, at this point in time, the capture drivers and MMC software are not
supported under XP 64 bit edition.

Bought a Level One WPC 0301 (Ralink chip) a while ago - drivers supplied for
Win 98se, 2000, ME and XP. Turns out Ralink has drivers on-line for XP x64
and Linux/Mac too.
Be aware, and do note that there are two sets of drivers on the CD as well

Quite often I hit the shift key several times, or press it for more than 8
seconds (when I'm thinking, or whatever).
Then the accessibility window appears, asking about filter or sicky keys.

I downloaded the trial version a week ago, and today I installed it.  When
Windows asked to activate the version, I did and that was ok.  Everything was
going well until I restarted the server (because I added the server to the

Is IE7 for X64 a 64-bit app or a 32-bit app?

No matter what I do I can't get the drive configured for open access to allow
