I have a situation where I'm told that IDE-0 has a boot record, then booting
fails - will fixboot or fixmbr be the proper action right now? Please.
I can re-install, all that is lost will be lots of polishing done to the

I have just downloaded Vista and burned it to a DVD. I rebooted with the DVD

I noticed that Firefox does not work as flawlwssly under XP64 as it does
under XP32. For instance, it does not let you log onto a site that is
password protected. Under XP32 there are no problems. Am I wrong assuming

"Windows Server 2003 x64 Standard Edition" is listed to only allow 4GB

I have an mn-130 network card but everytime I install the driver from the
device manager it says that windows can't find the file specified even though
I pointed it staight to the file on the CD that came with it. Thanks for any

I have joined BT internet and wish to use their free norton software. I
cannot load it onto my sysytem as it halts half way through the process. Can
anyone assist. I uninstalled Bit Defender in order to do this and now have no
