In trying to install Dell 944 printing drivers/software (64XPPro) onto Vista
64, and after downloading through Dell's website off IE7, then unzupping

I want to allow other people on my home network to use my printer, but don't
want them all having accounts on my PC to use the printer.  Each PC is only
on the network for internet and are all basically run as stand-alones.  Any
ideas?  Appreciated.

Has anybody found a workaround for a program that uses a 16bit
installer? And yes i contacted the company on several occasions and they
said they have no plans to update it.

Whenever I log into xp64 I get a dialog box saying the above. Clicking OK
goes to the Windows activation window which discovers it is already activated
and all is then OK. This repeats on each login. I tried booting into safe
made, doing regsvr32 on licwizc.dll and licdll.dll

We are having too many compatibility issues with Windows XP Professional x64

help i not good on computers. when i bought this toshiba qosmio f10 xp and
all software was pre installed. my question is why was i not given the xp
disks and product key when it was delivered to me? any reply asap would be

After the updates Roxio Music Disk Creator would no longer run without being
shut down by Windows.  Turned out a change excluding the program from dep

I just installed windows xp pro x64 edition on my new system. I noticed from
many discussion forums there is a big problem with drivers.
But why can I not find any 64 bit compatible drivers for Microsoft products
like a mouse or a brand new natural multimedia keyboard??

Personally I don't need Windows XP Professional x64. I bought an AMD FX-51
