Partitioning hard drives can be a nightmare. I've been using PQ Partition magic for years, I've seen no updates to it since Norton purchased it other than name change. PM isn't compatible with XP x64 or Vista at this time other than booting it from the CD or floppies which works ...

Hey people, I just built myself a new system (MSI K8N Motherboard, AMD Venice core 3500 64, X1600 Radeon 512 Pro, 512 Memory, External Sound card 24Bit live, Serial ATA Maxtor 160 GB and the relevant stuff to go with like keyboard mouse etc)

I just built my computer from the ground up and I decided to install XP Pro x64 on it. Whenever I get to about 7 minutes togo, it's finalizing the installtation, the system restarts, and the setup along with it. I get taken

Here's a freeware registry defrag/compact program for Windows XP, 2000, ME, 98. Windows 2003, Windows XP Pro x64 edition, Windows 2003 Server x64 Edition. It is NOT a registry cleaner. (Will Charlie like this one?)

I just purchased a laptop with Windows XP Pro Installed. When I booted the machine, it only had a "Guest" Account available to log on. How can I create an adminstrator account if I only have Guest access??? Please help me.... I'm stuck!

Apologies if this question has been answered previously - I have just bought a Proliant DL380 G5 and want to install Windows Server 2003 R2 64-bit OS, join the existing domain, which has a 32-bit DC running R2. Then I want to dcpromo the new server.

I was given a beautiful new computer all in English. Then I tired to downlaod my pictures from my digital camera, and it wouldn't work. Had no idea why. Then I fiddled around and it finally worked.

Yeah, I know. This ain't no x64 app. But it is a very good multiformat x86 archiver program that integrates quite well in the x64 realm.
