just installed a pioneer dvr-109 dvd-rw. now x64 only recognizes both my dvr
and cdrw as CD-only drives, no burn capability. suggestions? tried updating

Hi I am running Windows XP 64 bit but there does not appear to be a
backup facility to back your files under Accessories/System Tools. I
am assuming it does have this facility like the one in Windows XP Pro.
