Last time I emailed Canon, I got a generic response about WindowsXP x64 support for their MP series printers - e.g. the MP390 which was (is?) very popular. Does anyone know if it's possible to get MP series printers working with x64 or if drivers will be coming soon?

1) Run perfmon on windows xp+sp2 (x32). 2) Add Counters -> \\remote-server --> remote-server is an windows xp x64+sp1 (2003 version) and is on the same network (domain) as #1.. I get an error "Unable to connect to remote machine"

My Ferrari 4006 freeze after several minutes using ISP dial-up connection. When it hang, nothing can I do to solve it..unless pressing the power button. Is that the hardware issue or something else?? Thanks
