What does Microsoft define as 64 bit compatible? I can install 64bit Vista? My cpu is 64 bit (which to the best of my knowledge is not)? I can replace cpu with 64bit cpu? Microsoft tells me this in the "details" section of the performance rating

I am not able to run any defragmenter on this installation of XP Pro x64. I have tried the system defrag, Perfect Disk 7.1 and Diskeeper 10. The GUI for PD never appears but the executables show in Task Manager under processes.
