Sorry, I can't seem to find this info anywhere. before I bother to D/L VPC 2004, does it even work with WinXPx64 as the host machine?

My C: drive (boot, primary partition, active) is still FAT32. The only remaining of an pre-NTFS era. It contains no OS's, just My Documents, Favorites, Outlook pst file, etc. And, of course, Vista x64 boot loader and Ntdetect.com and Ntldr for "old"

Could somone please tell me whether the 64-bit XP already supports headless operating? Or will only server editions of 64-bit Windows provide support for headless operating as indicated in the article 'Designing for 64-bit Windows' at www.microsoft.com?

For the past few weeks im noticing an increase in my VM, the process name "ashWebSv.exe" is taking 46,664 of my memory usage + 638,388 of my VM size. How can i fix it? im using the latest Avast version. Just a side note:
