Upon start up - when XP appears it begins to load start up applications then
you get an hour glass = CTtl/ALT/Del you see that the system idle process is

currently dual booting with XPx64 and replace it with a 2nd installation of

Hi, Just after a bit of advice,
Recently took delivery of a new 64bit HP laptop, which I'll be using to run
Vista. I do a lot of onsite IT consultancy work and use a wide range of apps

I am using my IBM laptop, I hit a wrong key or do not hit the key correctly,

Following the advice of the board consensus on antiviral software, I
downloaded Avast.  I notice that Sophos also supports x64 -- anybody know if
it's any good?
